Step 1
Measure 15 gms of coffee for double serve moka pot. Grind size medium fine – table salt.

Step 2
Fill half of the bottom chamber with hot water.

Step 3
Fill the filter with grinds and give a tap to settle evenly. Place over the bottom chamber.

Step 4
Screw on the top portion of the Moka pot and place it on the stove top with low flame just enough to get heat from the bottom.

Step 5
The brew starts to collect on the top chamber. Turn the stove off when the water begins to sputter or hiss.

Step 6
Enjoy the pressure extracted goodness!
