Step 1

Weigh 200 gms of freshly ground coffee. Grind size - sea salt. Picture: Showing the grinds

Fill the grinds into the cold brew filter.

Measure 1 litres of room temperature or cold water. Pour water to wet the grinds.

Give the grinds a stir to ensure that it is submerged in water.

Step 5

Let it steep for 14-16 hours in the refrigerator before filtering the brew.

Step 6

Serve the brew on ice, give a little twirl to induce air. Enjoy the slow brewed cold coffee!
